Canada Extra-Provincial Registration (Domestic) – $125

If your corporation is already incorporated in one Canadian province/territory or federally and you want to carry on business in another province or territory, you must complete a Domestic Extra-Provincial Registration. This lets your company legally operate, open offices, hire, sign contracts, and market products/services in the new jurisdiction while keeping your original jurisdiction of incorporation unchanged.

Why Register Extra-Provincially

– Expand into new markets across Canada with full legal authority.
– Maintain your current corporation and corporate history.
– Meet provincial/territorial requirements to protect your brand and contracts.
– Build credibility with banks, partners, suppliers, and government programs.
– Keep operations compliant as you scale nationally.
